Record keeping requirements compliance statement
onlyeighteen.com is a platform on which verified creators upload their own content. Before any content is published, the creator who uploads it and every other person who appears in it pass an identity check with a government ID and a live selfie, and every person who appears signs a consent for that release.
The records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for content uploaded by verified creators are maintained by the platform. They include proof of identity and age of every person depicted, the date of the depiction and the consent for each release, and they are linked to the content they relate to.
Content that is not covered by complete records is not published. If a record is withdrawn or found to be invalid, the related content is removed.
What these records cover
- Every creator account, verified with a government ID and a live selfie before the profile goes public.
- Every co-performer, verified through their own invite link with the same checks.
- Every release, with a signed consent from each person who appears in it.
Some content on this website does not depict sexually explicit conduct and is exempt from these requirements. It is published under the same verification rules anyway. How verification works in practice is described on our safety page.
