Adult creator content guidelines for every verified creator

These content guidelines say what verified adult creators may post on OnlyEighteen, what is never allowed, how consent for co-performers works, how automatic rejection and appeals work, and what happens when a rule is broken. They apply to posts, messages, live streams, profiles and tags.

What you can post

OnlyEighteen is a platform for adults, made by verified adults for verified adults. Within the law and these rules you can post:

  • Safe for work content such as lifestyle, fitness, cosplay, behind the scenes and fan chat.
  • Adult content, including nudity and explicit content between consenting verified adults, shown only to verified fans.
  • Content featuring other people, once every one of them has passed verification and signed a consent for that release.
  • Fantasy and roleplay between adults, as long as nothing in it breaks the list below.

Public pages such as your profile preview stay safe for work. Explicit media is shown only to fans who passed the age check.

What is never allowed

These categories are rejected on sight and lead to the consequences below. Describing them generally here is enough, we do not repeat the words themselves.

  • Anyone under 18, and anything that suggests a person is under 18, whether through words, costumes, props, setting or styling.
  • School settings, school clothing and references to childhood, including roleplay.
  • Content without the consent of every person in it, including hidden camera content and content shared after consent was withdrawn.
  • Roleplay or content depicting incest, including roles between family members.
  • Violence, injury, threats, coercion and anything presenting harm as sexual.
  • Illegal content of any kind under the law of the creator's country or the countries where it is shown.
  • Sexual content involving animals.
  • Real people who have not consented, including deepfakes, face swaps and images of celebrities or private persons.
  • Intoxication, meaning anyone who appears drunk, drugged, asleep or otherwise unable to consent.
  • Content made to collect money outside the platform, or to sell personal meetings.

Child sexual abuse material is not only banned, it is reported. The account is blocked at once, evidence is preserved and the case goes to NCMEC and the relevant authorities. More is on our safety page.

How automatic rejection works

Text is checked against a list of terms and patterns that describe or suggest youth, school settings or childhood. A match in a title, caption, tag, profile name, bio, mass message or search query stops publication, and you see which rule was hit. The check also catches spelling tricks such as spaces, dots or digits in place of letters.

Media passes automatic checks and then a review. Anything ambiguous is rejected by default, because a wrong approval costs more than a wrong rejection.

How to appeal a rejection

  1. Open the rejected post or message in your studio.
  2. Choose Appeal and explain the context, for example why a word was used in an adult sense.
  3. A reviewer reads the appeal and the content and answers in your studio.

Appeals cannot overturn the hard bans above. For anything else, rewording a caption is often the fastest fix. Questions go to [email protected].

What happens when a rule is broken

SituationWhat happens
Text or media rejected before publishing Nothing is published, you can edit or appeal
A published post breaks a rule The post is removed and you get a warning in your studio
Repeated or serious breaks Features are limited or the account is suspended, payouts held for review
Anything involving a person under 18, CSAM or non consent Immediate block, evidence preserved, report to the authorities

Fans can report any post, profile, message or stream on report content.
