Send a report
Paste the link to the post, profile, message or stream, choose a reason and add anything that helps us check it.
What you can report
Use this page, or the Report button on every post, profile, message and live stream, for any of these:
- Illegal content of any kind.
- Someone who may be under 18, in content or on an account.
- Content made or shared without the consent of a person in it.
- Stolen or leaked content, including your own media posted by someone else.
- Impersonation, such as a profile using your photos or name.
- Scams, such as requests to pay outside the platform or fake support messages.
- Any other break of our content guidelines.
If you are reporting someone who may be under 18, say so in the reason. Those reports go to the front of the queue.
What happens after you send a report
| Report type | What we do |
|---|---|
| Reported as illegal | Content hidden at once, decision within 24 hours |
| Someone who may be under 18 or non consent | Handled first, content hidden while it is checked |
| CSAM | Account blocked at once, evidence preserved, reported to NCMEC and the relevant authorities |
| Leaks, impersonation, scams and other rule breaks | Reviewed and decided within 24 hours |
When content breaks the rules, it is removed and the account faces the consequences listed in our guidelines. If you leave an email address, we tell you the outcome. Reports are confidential, and the reported account is not told who sent the report.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is never reviewed for a second chance. It is reported, and the account is closed for good. How verification and moderation prevent it is described on our safety page.
Leaked content takedowns
If your content was copied from OnlyEighteen and posted elsewhere, creators can send takedown notices from the studio, and paid plans add an automatic leak scan, described on creator tools. Media here carries a watermark with the viewing fan's handle, which helps trace a leak to the account it came from. If leaked content of yours appears on OnlyEighteen itself, report it here and include a link to your original.
Impersonation works the same way. If a profile uses your photos or your name, report the profile with a link to your own page or a short description of who you are. Every creator passes an ID and live selfie check, so an impersonator rarely gets far, but we still want to hear about any attempt.
Scams look like requests to pay somewhere else
OnlyEighteen never asks you to pay a creator outside the platform, to send gift cards or to share your password, and our support writes only from [email protected]. A creator or a fan who asks you to move payment or chat to another app breaks our rules. Report the message, and block the account if you want it gone from your inbox right away.
